Launch of 15 acre gated community Astonia Classic
In 2014, Astonia Classic, a 15 acre,an ultra modern, luxurious project, equipped with all amenities and top security, was launched in the fast developing area, Undri in Pune. This residential project exclusively houses 2 BHK apartments in Undri and is specifically targeted at young, modern working families. A Beginning of a New Inning 2010
2010 was a crucial year for Amit Enterprises Housing Limited (AEHL). AEHL had already attained the status of a trusted, reliable brand, the qualities that are also integral to the Sachin Tendulkar. Therefore, in 2010 the little master accepted to be the brand ambassador of AEHL. AEHL also undertook various social initiatives under Sachin's able and enthusiastic captaincy.
Launch of Ved Vihar 2005
In 2008, Bloomfield, in Ambegaon, Pune, the first luxury project was launched. Offering assortments of lavish 2 & 3 BHK apartments, row houses, and villas with unmatched opulence, elegance and amenities and top-notch security. For this project, AEHL built a podium of 2 lac sqft in Pune.
Ved Vihar in Kothrud was launched in 2005, the first Gated Community in the out skirts of Pune, a combination of Luxury as well as Convenience; had remarkably 100 bookings in a short while. The project was completed in the year 2007, and has now become a prime landmark in Kothrud Area.
