Mr. Rohan Pate

Director, AEHL

Rohan Pate inherited his father's impeccable business skills and added to it his own technical excellence and effective marketing skills. He is the mastermind behind many of Amit Enterprises Housing Limited (AEHL) successful and ambitious projects. He has been in the real estate business long enough to know the nitty gritty of the trade and deals with the digitization of planning and execution at AEHL. Apart from that, he also focuses on introducing advanced construction practices at AEHL to maintain an edge over competitors. By his own account, his biggest contribution at AEHL is roping in cricketer Sachin Tendulkar to be the brand ambassador of AEHL. Being an avid cricket fan and a player himself, it didn't come as a surprise that he would only go for the best in the cricketing world to represent AEHL. His passion for cricket has led him to conceive and launch 'Blades of Glory', the first and only cricket museum of its kind in Asia. The museum displays a rare and extensive collection of cricket memorabilia.
